We know convenience is key, which is why we accept both debit and credit cards for your reservation and stay. Our nightly rates cover  your cozy abode.  Local and state lodging taxes are separate.

We know that your schedule can be busy, which is why we offer our guests flexibility in reservation duration. For 1-night stays Monday-Thursday, please note that the rate for a single night is higher than the multi-night rate due to daily cleaning expenses. Friday-Sunday reservations require a minimum of a 2-night stay, while holidays require a 3-night minimum. There is a maximum stay of 7 days per suite.

Piedmont Grove has a minimum age requirement of 26 years to reserve and check into our suites. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and is the registered guest in the room. Our mission is complete satisfaction for all guests, so we ask all guests to adhere to this age requirement.

The maximum occupancy per suite is 2 people.  Please adhere to this policy for the convenience of comfort.

We completely understand that plans change, we only require at least 72 hours advance notice if you wish to cancel your reservation. We always recommend guests to review their reservation in detail before booking!

Each Suite has its own Broadband, High speed internet connected with individual password. The lounge has Wi-Fi too!

Our cozy lounge is a common space available only to registered guests staying at the Piedmont Grove. Enjoy the lounge daily from 8am -10pm. There are no parties allowed in the lounge and or in suites.

We all need our beauty sleep, so please respect the rest and quiet of other guests and suites. There is no excessive loud noises at anytime.  Music or instruments played inside or outside of your room should reside by 8 pm out of respect for all guests. Please note at certain times of the year, there could local music events at businesses nearby that extend later than 8pm.

For your safety and tranquility, the Nelson County Sheriff’s Department regularly patrols the area, especially the businesses.

We are thrilled you chose Piedmont Grove Lodging for your stay! For the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that only registered guests are allowed on the grounds.

Our parking area at Piedmont Grove is small and limited. Piedmont Grove cannot accommodate oversized vehicles with extensions or any trailers.

To keep safety a top priority, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from cooking in their suites or on the patio/deck. No electrical cooking appliances, gas burners, hot plates, or multi-use grills are allowed anywhere on the property.

Piedmont Grove prides itself as a smoke-free property. There is no smoking or vaping in our beautifully appointed, individually designed suites, lounge, or anywhere on the four-acre property.

A $350.00 smoking/vaping fee will be charged for any smell/signs of smoking/vaping including cigarettes outside your suite you are staying in.

We do love animals, but given the limited number of guest rooms, we cannot accommodate any pets at this time. Please note an additional fee of $200.00 will be applied to the card on file if there is evidence of pet debris, damages, and cleaning fees in the guest rooms.

We all want to keep Piedmont Grove as beautiful as you found it, which is why we kindly request that you do not leave any trash outside your suite. Our devoted staff will remove trash from upon your departure. We pride ourselves in preserving the beauty of Nelson County and we are incredibly grateful for your commitment to sustainability and cleanliness!

Wildlife is abundant everywhere! Please do not feed the wildlife or let them inside your suite. Please keep all the doors closed in the suites when not occupied.

Please keep your car doors and windows closed.

In case of an emergency, please dial 911 for the local sheriff’s department who will dispatch the appropriate authorities.

We take pride in providing top-quality service to our guests. To ensure continued satisfaction of future guests, we kindly ask guests not to cause excessive damage or dirtiness in the suites and the common lounge. In compliance, any guest rooms that necessitate additional cleaning or repairs will incur additional fees.
